搭配今天推出的新系列iPod，苹果的媒体管理、网上商店终端软件iTunes也升级到了第9代，新增功能大多和网络服务有关：基于去年iTunes 8中引入的Genius智能播放列表功能，iTunes 9加入了“Genius Mixes”智能混音，不仅能够将用户曲库中的歌曲自动识别归类为播放列表，还可以像真正的DJ那样将这些歌曲混音串联为不间断循环大联唱。
